Oh Ireland, the land of emerald green hillsides, vibrant cities, and ancient castles. I have Irish ancestry and have always been inspired by its music, history, and wild landscapes. I was able to take a roadtrip around the coast which has inspired my most ambitious art collection I've ever planned. I can't wait to share my travel memories with you through videos from our trip and new artworks that will hopefully capture the magic that I felt while exploring this country.
To kick off the collection, I'm releasing two new limited edition prints of small paintings that I've already made: "The Harbour at Cobh", and "Classiebawn Castle".
Cobh is a charming seaside town in the south on the coast of County Cork. It's identifiable by its rainbow colored row homes and shopfronts that line the streets with St. Coleman's Cathedral rising up behind them. Opposite to that is the harbour with colorful fishing boats. I originally painted this scene in watercolor and am pleased to be offering it now as a print.
Further up the western coast on the Wild Atlantic Way is a magical spot. Marked by a rugged, rocky coastline with Benbulben Mountain in the distance is Mullaghmore head in County Sligo. Its crowning jewel is Classiebawn Castle, perched on the green hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. I originally painted this scene in oil to capture its dramatic shadows and vibrant grasses.
There are only 200 of each print available in this edition and each one comes hand numbered, titled, and signed.
I'd be honored for you to collect one for your home today!
